"Complimentary credits" are essentially free credits that can be used to pay for various marketing services like sending text messages, emails, or making phone calls within the platform IDX Automator Pro during your trial period.
For example, when you send an email or text, it deducts from your credit balance. You are able to track how many complimentary credits you have remaining in your account.
While you can technically use your personal cellphone number and email address with IDX Automator Pro, it's not recommended to directly use them as your primary contact details within the platform. Instead, consider the following approaches:
